Why Join the Terran Republic
The Republic does not sell itself. It states what it is and what it offers, and expects the right people to recognise themselves in it.
Operational Domains
The Terran Republic operates across four core disciplines. Every member finds a fit in at least one; most operate across several.

How We Operate
- Coordinated operations on a recurring cadence, published on Discord.
- After-action reviews — we learn from what we do.
- Doctrine briefings — new members receive orientation; all members are expected to keep current.
- Mentorship — Veterans support Recruits and Citizens. Progression is not solitary.
- Platform compliance — all operations within platform community standards, without exception.
Community
- Bilingual: English and European Portuguese, both official. Operations default to the language that serves the mission.
- Serious, not joyless. The Republic is disciplined; it is not humourless. Voice channels outside operations are where Republic members become comrades.
- Real people, real schedules. We respect that members have lives. The Republic accommodates time zones and circumstances within the limits of coordinated action.
Fleet Focus
The Republic builds its fleet around the disciplines above. Recruits do not need a specific ship to join — the Republic’s operations accommodate a range of hulls, and training is provided where a role needs it. Members are encouraged to develop a primary specialisation and a secondary capability.
Progression
The path is meritocratic. Recruit → Citizen → Soldier → Veteran → Officer → Commander → High Command. Every step is earned by demonstrated contribution and loyalty. No purchased rank. No seniority without substance.

What the Republic Does Not Ask
- Uniform opinions on every topic (disagreement in proper channels is welcomed)
- Abandonment of your own playstyle (the Republic spans combat, industry, exploration and support — you fit somewhere)
- Constant availability (we are a serious organisation, not a second job)
- Acceptance of the in-universe doctrine as real-world conviction (it is fiction, and we require members to understand that it is fiction)
